Confirmation
Confirmation in the Lutheran Church is the careful instruction of the youth in the basic teachings of the Bible and Luther's Catechism. Youth attend regular classes where they are instructed so as to insure that they have the proper Christian knowledge and understanding to partake of Christ's body and blood in the Holy Sacrament of Holy Communion.
